A $1.6 billion Life Science company had an urgent need for a VP, Treasurer. The client wanted to keep the search within a local geographic area, preferring not to relocate a candidate. The requirements were: appropriate Treasury and Finance experience, a quality educational background along with an advanced degree and the correct ft in regards to corporate culture and passion.

Process

Our efforts, in less than 2 months, produced 12 qualified and interested candidate and our client hired one of our candidates who has been employed by them for over one year.
